As a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation, Oak City Media, Inc. is committed to corporate governance practices which promote the long-term interests of our members and the community we serve, aimed at building trust in both our organization and the programming we provide via WKRP.
Oak City Media is managed by a Board of Directors but oversight of our long-term health and success is the responsibility of everyone involved in the organization. Our members maintain regular communication with one another to discuss various topics related to our mission and objectives. We're in the communication industry, after all!
